BLAT - BusLogic Android Terminal - is a software specially developed by Digital Logic development team. Created on demand of certain bus carriers for non-standard mobile ticket sale inside the bus . Local and intercity lines often bear heavy load of passengers and require the involvement of a conductor who controls passenger boarding and sells tickets during travel. This method enables lines to be on the schedule, boarding of passengers is faster and each ticket is properly issued and charged. BLAT application can run on any device with Android operating system . It can run on various models of mobile phones , tablets, hand -held terminals , etc. With BLAT application user can use any compatible printer regardless of manufacturer or dimensions. Printer must support the Bluetooth standard and the ability to work without external power supply, so it must be equipped with battery. Recommendation of D - LOGIC team is Zebra MZ220 printer which meets the required standards and requirements. Android app is in constant communication with the central server via GPRS or WLAN connection. License to use the application can be purchased in several variants - options and depends on the specic needs of bus carriers , as well as the number of vehicles . Tickets sold with this application can be controlled with BusLogic Controller application which is mainly used by Controllers hired by the bus carrier. The number of passengers as well as specication of passenger fares is sent to the central server in the dispatch center, that way the dispatchers have exact information on the number of passengers on the bus - in real time. Application is updated on daily basis and soon will be upgraded with more advanced options .
